I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is superb, being near the event I attended, and it's in a convenient area close to many tourist spots. The service, particularly from Alonzo and Sandra, was outstanding, though there was a slight hiccup when they couldn't find my reservation initially. The room with a view was a true delight, offering a fantastic sight, but unfortunately, the bathroom without a view felt a bit like being in a basement. The dining experience was decent, with a good selection including muesli, but it was a downside that drinks were not included. The facilities were top-notch, and being able to do my laundry on site was a great bonus.
